No, and that is deliberate. We deploy in carrier-neutral, ISO 27001 certified facilities operated by specialists such as Digital Realty, NTT, Green and Equinix. Owning a building would tie every recommendation we make to filling it. Not owning one lets us place your workload where latency, compliance and cost actually fit. The hardware in those facilities is ours or yours, and it is operated by us.

Over the networks of Swiss carriers we have partnered with for more than two decades. They operate their own autonomous systems with their own IPv4 and IPv6 address space, hold RIPE LIR and ARIN resources, peer at SwissIX alongside multiple upstream carriers, and run their own dark fibre between Swiss sites. Their transit and peering reach more than 150 carrier networks, and that reach belongs to the network rather than to any one facility — so your addressing survives a move between locations. Xerio remains your contracting party and point of contact throughout. With colocation, you own the hardware and rent space, power, cooling, and connectivity. With dedicated servers, we own and maintain the hardware, and you lease the entire server with full root/admin access. Colocation is best if you already have hardware or want full hardware control. Dedicated servers are ideal when you want turnkey infrastructure without upfront hardware investment.

Standard dedicated server deployments are provisioned within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Rush deployments are available in as little as 4 hours for a small additional fee. Colocation deployments depend on the scope — a single server can be racked same-day, while full rack builds typically take 3-5 business days.

All our services include 24/7/365 access to certified network engineers via phone, email, and ticket system. For dedicated servers, we handle all hardware replacement at no extra cost. Colocation clients receive remote hands services (reboots, cable checks, visual inspections) included, with advanced remote hands available on an as-needed basis.

Yes. All our partner data centers allow scheduled visits with 24-48 hours advance notice. You will need to present government-issued photo ID and be escorted by facility staff at all times. Some facilities may require additional background checks for first-time visitors.

For dedicated servers, VPS and colocation we commit to a network and power availability guarantee. If we miss it, you can claim a credit to your customer account within 30 days, calculated pro rata on the duration of the interruption and capped at one monthly fee. Scheduled maintenance windows, upstream disruptions outside our control and issues caused by your own applications do not count as downtime. The full wording is in clause 2.9 of our terms.

Yes. We offer fully managed server options where our team handles OS updates, security patches, monitoring, backup management, firewall configuration, and performance optimization. Managed services are available as an add-on for both dedicated server and colocation clients.
